Mission Statement          

· 

To improve business practices and the quality of service in the field of Syndicate Operations.

· To inform and benefit its members in all matters pertaining to the operational practices of all types of underwriting transactions.

· To standardize the operational practices of its members in underwriting transactions.

· To establish a forum for discussion and dissemination of information pertaining thereto.

· To act as a clearinghouse for communications to and from various regulatory agencies and members of the security industry on issues of general interest.

· To conduct conferences, discussions and symposiums on Syndicate Operational problems.

· To perform any and all acts necessary to carry out the above purposes.

The Association holds four business meetings each year in New York City.  In addition to dealing with the current Syndicate environment and related issues, the meetings provide the opportunity to meet and create dialogue with the Senior Syndicate Operations professionals from its member firms.
